Does your website work on mobile devices? Yes, we use responsive design of which automatically adapts to your screen size. The website is fully functional on mobile devices.
Do you offer referral fees and have an affiliate programme? We are open to discuss such opportunities, please message us through our Contact Form. Note however that we are not likely to provide referral fees for your group of friends; it would need to be a larger operation where-by you are likely to have a considerable level of relevant traffic to your website or organisation (and vice versa).
Who are the coaching packages for?
Our coaching services are aimed at those in the finance profession (in particular Accountancy and Audit, but anyone who has come from a finance background and has started working in a role which is more reporting/control/risk based than they would like can benefit from our services). You could be a nearly qualified, recently qualified or a few years post qualification as a Chartered Accountant or CIMA. Further to this we can support anyone from University exploring finance opportunities (preferably with some work experience but not necessary) and who are deciding on the best route for their career, need CV/Cover letter, 1:1 coaching, interview practice and any other services we provide.
We may also be able to support other finance professionals who are further into their career and who feel pigeon-wholed in their current profession, position and industry and what a career change. Please message us on our Contact Form to find out more and so that we can discuss your situation.
Packages – What do I get for my money?
The Swift Exit team have been in audit (as well as accounting) and know how best to position yourself to get out of audit and into a more strategic role. We have been there and between us secured a variety of roles across a multitude of industries. We have relationships with recruiters and employers and know what they are actually looking for and what you need to do to stand out from the crowd of auditors and accountants out there. From 100’s of conversations with recruiters and employers we also know what they will tell you are the available roles and career paths after audit vs what are actually possible. We can help mould you and your credentials in order to secure these positions.
We offer objective advice, coaching and tips that will help you get on the track you always envisioned for yourself. The differing levels of coaching services provide varying levels of interaction with us with the most premium service being the most robust. What you pay here is a little price to what you could be earning on the right career path and the advice we give will change your mind set for life. Further to this we spend a considerable amount of time understanding your current situation, your needs and desires and suggest the best direction for your career. We do NOT replicate the same products and services for each of our customers and we treat every single one in a unique way.
We do ask that you put in the same effort and time as we do, there are no shortcuts to craft your success and we do not guarantee this – you get out of our products and services what you put in.

How long after purchasing one of your coaching packages will the service end?
The package will be valid for 2 months after purchase. Once you’ve kicked off usage of the package, you have 14 days to complete the coaching package before it expires.
How long will you take to respond to my questions & messages?
We generally respond within 1 business day and on many occasions sooner than this.
How many emails and questions can I ask once I have purchased a coaching package?
Within each package there are a limited number of document and email edits we will perform depending on which package you purchase. We will respond to a reasonable number of questions in order to provide you with a quality service that reflects the purchased package requirements. Note that the Essential and Pro packages will benefit from priority response.
We will not answer queries that are not part of the package you have purchased, but we can upgrade you to the package that does cover the context of the question if you wish us to do so.
What is the rush service?
If you need your documents reviewed for an urgent application deadline you can fast track by paying extra for our “Rush” service. The turn-around will be 2 business days. The payment option for this is in the check out and will be an additional fee to the coaching package you have chosen.
Do I really need cover letter and networking email reviews which come with the Essentials package? From our experience both on the application and employer side of the table, your first email and cover letter either get you noticed or don’t. A good email or cover letter can open the door to a job the company didn’t think they needed and to which they were not even open for discussions. Once you have their attention your CV will be glanced at for 30 seconds, you have that short period to convince them you are worth meeting.
We can also give you advice on the best method and timings for your points of contact depending on the circumstance. The wrong time can be the difference between firing a blank and a swift response from the employer.
What is the action plan that comes with the Pro package?
We at Swift Exit believe it is your mindset and attitude in life that can change everything. A book called “Now What? 90 Days to a New Life Direction” by Laura Berman Fortgang nicely explains that most limits are self-imposed and that each person needs to find a way to identify the source of beliefs, assumptions, desires, choices, and the many unproductive thoughts which hold us back.
The Swift Exit action plan goes a step further and takes our coaching to the next level. It provides a medium to long term plan of both personal and professional objectives customised to your requirements.
What is the difference between a diagnostic phone call in the Essentials package vs the coaching phone call in the Pro package?
The diagnostic phone is useful for us to get a better sense of what you are looking for in your next role, what skills and experiences you have/can obtain in the short term and therefore what we can bring to fruition in your networking and cover letters.
The coaching phone call in the Pro service is there to answer any questions you have over and above what we have covered already and to prep you for interactions with recruiters, employers and our mock phone interview. From these additional calls and services we will be more confident that we have vetted you for referral to any suitable specialist recruiters and that you are ready to fight the World.
Can you pass me onto a recruiter you know will help find me an interesting strategic role and get out of audit?
Yes. We have relationships with specialist recruiters that will and can provide you with a variety of strategic and commercial roles from audit. However as we are sure you understand we cannot pass over every contact to them and therefore we need to be selective. To refer you we need to have spent a certain amount of time working with you to understand your qualities, attitude and mould you and your CV to a certain quality before we would be willing to do this. Therefore we need to have had interaction with you through our Pro package (in rare cases our Essentials package can be sufficient) before we can do so. We appreciate your understanding on this.
Where do I pay for the “Rush” service? The option to pay for a 2 business day turn around on any of your documents (vs the standard turn-around of 5 business days you get when you buy a coaching package) is available at check out, simply click the link notifying you of this fast track service. There is an additional charge for this.
Can I pay for additional document reviews? With each coaching package we offer, there are a limited number of versions for each type of document that we will edit for you. The reason we do this is that each version edit takes a considerable amount of time to perform as we need to understand your background, experiences and what the application is for before even commencing our work. For this reason we encourage our customers to work with us from the outset to get the documents to the high level of quality they need to be in as few versions as possible.
If you would like the opportunity to add an additional document or for more edits of the same document then we can do this for you but you will have an additional charge. You can select this at the checkout page when purchasing your coaching package.
Do you offer refunds? We may be able to refund your money immediately if we have not yet begun providing any products or services to you. Once we have accepted payment and started to provide products or services we will not grant a refund. Note that if you have booked in a your first diagnostic call with us as part of the Essentials or Pro coaching package then it must be cancelled within 24 hours of the call and no other product or service to have been provided for a refund to be valid.
Do you offer discounts? Those who subscribe to our newsletters may receive a discount on services (this could be upon joining if there is an offer or exclusive discounts from time to time). We may also offer discounts on new products and services to the website, of which we will alert to our newsletter subscribers via email.
Other websites are promoting The Swift Exit products and services for a discount/free – are they legitimate? We currently have no partners who we allow to promote on our behalf and so if they offer a discount or for free, they are not legitimate.
Do you offer payment in instalments over time? No, we do not currently offer this service. If there is enough demand for payment by instalments then we will consider incorporating it into our products and services in the future.
