This Terms & Conditions Policy applies to all and any use of TheSwiftExit.com (the “Site”), as well as the articles, videos, and any other product or service offering of TheSwiftExit.com and Marble Hill Group Ltd (“TheSwiftExit”, ”us”, “we”, or “our”).
You understand that TheSwiftExit’s website, service and products are in Beta, still undergoing testing and do not represent a final product offering. As such, it may contain bugs, defects, errors and other problems and is provided “as is”. Any use thereof shall be at your own risk.
This policy is a “living” document and subject to refinement and expansion in the future (Most recent amendment: 20th June 2019). Please check back regularly. If any material changes are made there will be an announcement to all readers and clients, and by continuing to post and message on our platform and services after such an announcement you confirm acceptance.

TheSwiftExit reserves the right to modify, alter, suspend / cancel, or discontinue any or all of it’s websites, content, products or services at any time without prior notice.
2.2 Content Creation & License to TheSwiftExit
Here we explain how you own all of your content and personal information, but that you grant us a non-exclusive license to use it.
For purposes of clarity, individual readers and clients own the content and information that they make available within TheSwiftExit’s website and whilst using our products & services and we will honor the reader’s and/or client’s choices about what remains private, and what is made publicly available. When content is made available through our website, products and services by readers and clients (such as , but not limited to, through profile data, chatting, commenting on article posts) they grant TheSwiftExit and our affiliates the following non-exclusive license: A worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid-up, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable and fully sublicensable right, without additional consideration to the reader and/or client or any third party, to use, reproduce, process, distribute and publish (publicly or otherwise), create derivative works of, adapt, modify and otherwise use and exploit this information and content, in any format or media now known or hereafter developed, and for any purpose, without any further consent, notice and/or compensation to the reader and/or client or others. These rights are limited in the following ways:
- Readers and clients can end this non-exclusive license for specific content by deleting it from the website, products and services where reasonably possible, except to the extent you shared it with others and they copied, re-shared it or stored it prior to deletion and their right to continue to do so to the same extent.
2.3 Other Content & Rights
Here we state that you are responsible for your own content, which must all be legal and truthful, and that you use third party content at your own risk. TheSwiftExit is not a storage service and any feedback/suggestions you provide to TheSwiftExit for product/service/website development are not eligible for compensation.
TheSwiftExit generally do not review content provided by our readers and clients and other third parties in detail and any references are normally for pointers on information that may be useful for readers / clients. You agree that we are not responsible for readers and clients or third party content and information. We cannot always prevent this misuse of our services and you agree that we are not responsible for any such misuse.
Further to the above, you agree that:
- Each reader and/or client is solely responsible for the content they provide and compliance (or non-compliance) with applicable laws and regulations (including intellectual property rights).
- Each readers and clients profile information will be truthful and you will not create a false identity or a profile for anyone other than yourself (i.e. not a fictional character) on TheSwiftExit.
- You will not disclose any information you do not have consent to do so, such as personal/confidential information from readers and clients you do or don’t know and/or your employer.
- You will not, directly or indirectly, solicit, recruit or hire other TheSwiftExit readers/clients/participants.
- You are responsible for deciding if you wish to access or use third party apps, sites or content that link from our website, products and services. Third party apps and sites have their own terms and privacy policies and to the extent not limited by law, TheSwiftExit is not responsible for these other sites and apps and you use these at your own risk.
- If you provide feedback and other suggestions with regards to TheSwiftExit’s services, you agree that we can use and share this if we wish to do so, for any purpose and without compensation to you or others, and that we are not placed under any Fiduciary or other obligation.

As someone who is part of the TheSwiftExit community (reader and/or client), you agree that:
- TheSwiftExit reserves the right to limit each readers and clients use of our products and services.
- You will not perform any type of malicious practice in order to interfere with the operation of our website, products and services (e.g. spam, viruses)
- You will not attempt to collect reader and/or client or other marketplace information through the use of automated scripts (“scraping”) or similar technologies and methodologies or otherwise.
- You will not attempt to reverse engineer, decipher or otherwise attempt to derive TheSwiftExit source code that is not open source in any shape or form.
- You will not frame or mirror any portion of TheSwiftExit’s website, services or products or otherwise incorporate any portion of TheSwiftExit’s website, services or products into any product or service, without TheSwiftExit’s express prior written consent.
- Any and all costs incurred by you in respect of use of our website, products and services shall be your responsibility only.

TheSwiftExit makes no representations or warranties as to the availability, accuracy, conduct, compliance/non-compliance with applicable laws & regulations, safety, or skill (including ability to provide guidance) of readers and clients (or statements/profiles thereof).
To the extent permitted by law, you waive the right to bring or assert any claim against TheSwiftExit relating to any interactions with other clients and readers, and you release TheSwiftExit from any and all claims or liability related to your interactions or dealings with other clients and readers.

3.1 Our Approach

We offer objective advice, coaching and tips that we hope will help you get on the track you always envisioned for yourself. We cannot guarantee however that every piece of advice we offer will work in every circumstance and we offer advice based on our own experiences only.
The differing products and levels of coaching services provide varying levels of interaction with us with the most premium service being the most robust. We spend a considerable amount of time understanding your current situation, your needs and desires and suggest the best direction for your career. We do NOT replicate the same services for each of our clients and we treat every single one in a unique way.
We do not guarantee success, but you can certainly get out of our products and services what you put in.
3.2 Time Length of Validity

The length of validity of a product or service is normally detailed in the descriptions somewhere, but otherwise it is the length of time TheSwiftExit deem reasonable to provide the product or service to any reader or client.
3.3 Response Times

We generally respond within 1 business day and on many occasions sooner than this, but do not commit to formally abide by this on every occasion due to exceptional circumstances arising out of our control.

TheSwiftExit may be able to refund your money immediately if we have not yet begun providing any products or services to you. Once we have started to provide any products or services we will not grant a refund. Note that if you have booked in your a call with us then it must be cancelled within 24 hours of the call and no other product or service to have been provided for a refund to be valid.
3.5 Termination of Service

TheSwiftExit reserve the right to terminate a product or service and provide a reasonable refund (estimated based on hours of service & extent that products are already provided vs what was bought in total) due to any misconduct from a client (for example but not limited to: abuse, harassment, discrimination or any other oppressive and abusive behaviour) or if a circumstance out of our control arises which forces us to do so.

TheSwiftExit reserves all of its intellectual property rights and using our website, products and services does not give you any ownership of them or the content or information made available through them. Trademarks and logos of TheSwiftExit and others used in connection with our website, products and services are the trademarks and logos of their respective owners and no reader and/or client may reproduce, modify, adapt, display, distribute, sell or otherwise exploit our content without our express and written permission.
In addition, all custom graphics, icons and scripts are service marks, trademarks and/or trade dress of TheSwiftExit, and may not be copied, modified, distributed, used, or otherwise exploited without our express and written permission. Furthermore, no reader and/or client may reproduce, modify, prepare derivative works based on, display, publish, distribute, sell, license or otherwise exploit the content from any of TheSwiftExit’s website, products and services.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limit of Liability
Here is where we set out our disclaimer and the limits of any liability for the quality, safety and reliability of our website, products and services. We cannot be held responsible for your misuse or any detriment to you as a result of the use of our website, products and services, nor can we guarantee it’s operations and intentions are free from error.

Some jurisdictions and laws do not allow or limit the disclaimer of implied or other warranties so the above disclaimer may not apply to you to the extent such law is applicable to you and our policies.

TheSwiftExit does not guarantee that each reader and client will find a suitable employability opportunity within any given time frame through the use of our website, products and services. We also make no representation or warranty as to the final terms and duration of any employment opportunites obtained through the use of our website, products and services.
In no event shall the liability of TheSwiftExit and its affiliates, in aggregate for all damages, losses or claims, exceed £100.

6. Dispute Resolution

If a court with authority over this Terms & Conditions Policy contract with our readers or clients finds any part of it not enforceable, you and TheSwiftExit agree that the court should modify it to make that part enforceable while still achieving its intent. If the court is unable to modify the part not enforceable whilst still achieving its intent, you and TheSwiftExit agree to ask the court to remove that unenforceable part and still enforce the rest of this Terms & Conditions Policy.
7. Overarching Terms
TheSwiftExit’s Terms & Conditions Policy is your agreement with us and governs your use of our website, products and services. You cannot assign this agreement to anyone else, however, TheSwiftExit may do so without your written consent.
You will not assign or delegate any obligations hereunder, in whole or in part, whether voluntarily or by operation of law, without the prior and express written consent from TheSwiftExit. However, you agree that TheSwiftExit may assign this agreement with you to its affiliates or a third party that acquires it without your consent and that there are no third party beneficiaries to this agreement.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by, and is to be construed in accordance with, the laws of England & Wales.
